Bryan our salesman when we bought our dump trailer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the 2 models we had narrowed it down to. We would definitely buy from them when we buy our next trailer.

I would like say how wonderful Derek from parts was when I brought my trailer to the shop. My wiring harness was fried in the battery box. Derek came outside, got under the trailer with me to inspect all of the wiring. We went through everything in the battery box. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty and was so pleasant the entire time, so helpful. You just don't find those type of parts guys anymore. Thank you so much for your attitude and help.

My name is Michael, a week ago I had an issue with the front axle I had purchased at RODOC and my warranty. The axle problem created other problems in areas of my trailer and the runability of it. Hunter in service got involved and got the process moving in the right direction! Derek in parts stayed in communication and got the warranty approved and parts to the shop in record time. The Team along with Brian and Hunter got moving on my repairs. The service mechanic that worked on my trailer was absolutely awesome. Nick the service manager kept the lines of communication open and smooth. Kurt worked with the team to assist in any way possible.

The RODOC TEAM made sure my trailer with all of this issues was fixed for my safety and for the runability of my landscaping business. The service department, in addition made repairs to my trailer fenders my braking system and my breakaway system. To say that the TEAM went over and above my expectations is an understatement.

I was Ready to go on a fishing trip when I noticed I was having trailering problems....fortunately for me Nick picked up the phone this morning and even though he didn't have to, he worked me in to salvage our vacation. He did a thorough inspection fixed us right up and gave us peace of mind for the trip...and not only did I make a new contact for all my trailering needs. I actually made a new friend too. While just passing through and staying at Wright Patterson for a few days, we developed a problem with our Master Tow Dolly. The deck pin came out and destroyed the electrical connection on the bottom of the dolly. I called Dereck and he had me send pictures. He found a wiring harness that would work for me. I came to the store and Dereck spent about 45 min with me explaining what needed to be done. He also went through the different pins, going so far as to take them out to the lot and show me the best one for my needs. I can't thank him enough. He is an asset to the company. I also took a few of his business cards and left them with the people at the Wrigh Patterson campground.

I will say when I first starting shopping there, I didn't have much of an expectation. Bought my first trailer there and didn't think about future business partners. After 6 trailers some bought there and some bought else where one thing is for sure. The after sales service at all trailer places doesn't exist. One thing that brought me back today was service and warranty. Nick and hunter go above and beyond to get trailers serviced, warranty and repaired on a timely manner. Business owners like us need these trailers to keep making money.My hats off to nick and hunter. Keep putting the client first and you will go far!

Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time when purchasing my Gen Y drop hitch for my truck. Spoke with Curtis over the phone, he checked his Gen Y hitch inventory and confirmed they had the model in stock before I made the your drive from Cincinnati. He spent about 30 minutes with me educating and installing the hitch for me, and overall was just a very informative and refreshing buying experience. I will definitely be back to purchase utility trailers in the future.Thanks again for such a great experience!

In short they made it easy to do business. We texted about everything to set the deal up and they didn't try to upsell me anything or waste my time. I didn't even have to call until I needed to put down a deposit. They also have really good prices. More places should work like them as it was a seamless experience, and the trailer was ready to go on the day of pickup. If I needed another trailer I would buy from them.
